St. Maarten -The G4 channel once aired on St. Maarten’s Cable TV channel 284 of the Solid Gold package went off the air during the month of December and has now been replaced with Gone Viral TV, managing director of the cable company Beulah Jonis explained yesterday.

Originally launched in June 2011, Gone Viral (GVTV) is a television network that features the most popular viral internet videos which have previously aired on YouTube and news headlines from around the world. GVTV’s content is based on global popularity and is always current and entertaining. GVTV was built to keep its viewers connected daily to top rated videos that have gone viral.

“The feedback on GVTV has been very positive since it is showing trending YouTube content. Another popular feature on GVTV is the quotes and phrases or comments that appear on the bottom of the screen,” Jonis said.

Customers are encouraged to visit St. Maarten Cable TV’s Facebook page and the new website for additional information and other pertinent facts. The website address is www.innovativevi.net/sxmcable
