Governor Holiday visits Sundial School

St. Maarten – Governor Drs. Eugène Holiday paid a courtesy visit to the Sundial School last week Thursday after promising to do so just over a month ago. During his previous official visit to the school, Governor Holiday gave the class of B1B an assignment to find out the purpose of decimals.
After a demonstration by two of the students in the presence of their math teacher, Mrs. Joyce Fatingan the students were on the mark when arriving at their conclusion of the importance of decimals. The one- word answer is to be “precise.” The Governor also took several questions from the students after which he wished them all Happy Holidays.
