Gasoline prices plunge even further

POSTED: 12/8/14 1:22 AM

St. Maarten—The price of unleaded gasoline and diesel will be reduced at the pumps today from Naf 2.193 per litter for unleaded gasoline to Naf 2.067 per litter and from Naf 2.006 per litter for diesel to Naf 1.893 per litter.

The Government of St. Maarten regulates the price of petroleum products by imposing a maximum price that retailers and wholesalers can sell these products on St. Maarten. The current changes are due to reduction in crude oil prices internationally, according to a press release sent on behalf of minister Ted Richardson. The minister advises the general public to take note of the changes in prices.
