Prison director Ricardo retires

St. Maarten – Prison director Rudsel Ricardo will retire by the end of this year, Justice Minister Roland Duncan said yesterday in a meeting of the Central Committee. The minister said that he has already recruited a replacement.
“I have convinced a St. Maartener to come back home. He will arrive here in August or September.”
Duncan declined to reveal the name of Ricardo’s successor.
