Thanksgiving Service this Sunday
POSTED: 12/3/11 11:06 AMGREAT BAY – The Government of St. Maarten, the St. Maarten Christian Council, the St. Maarten United Ministerial Foundation and the Seventh Day Adventist Church will jointly host the annual Thanksgiving and Christmas Lighting ceremony at the Clem Labega Square this Sunday.
The service and tree lighting begins at 4:30 p.m. and is meant to bring the country together to give thanks for the island being spared during the hurricane season and to usher in the Christmas Holidays.
